Shipping Policy

FREE SHIPPING ON ORDERS $75+ 

We offer free standard shipping on all orders over $75 within the continental United States. Orders under $75 pay $5 Flat Standard Shipping Fee.

Processing Time

All orders are processed + shipped within 1-3 business days. Please allow for additional processing time around major sales or during holidays. You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order ships. 

We are unable to make changes once an order is placed, however if you need a hand, please drop us a note on our Contact page with as many details as possible and we'll try our best to help. Our team is available Monday through Friday only.

Delivery Time

  • Standard Shipping: 5-7 business days

  • Expedited Shipping: 2-3 business days (available at checkout)

International Shipping

We currently ship within the United States only. International shipping options are coming soon.

Returns & Exchanges: 30-Day Return Policy

We want you to love your Quadriche candles. If you're not completely satisfied, you may return unused products within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange.

Return Requirements

  • Products must be unused and in original packaging

  • Candles must not be burned or damaged

  • Include your order number with your return

How to Return

Please fill out our Contact page to initiate a return. We'll provide you with a return shipping label and instructions.

Refunds

Refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days after we receive your return. The refund will be issued to your original payment method.

Damaged or Defective Items

If your candle arrives damaged or defective, please contact us immediately with photos. We'll send a replacement at no cost to you.
