30-Day Return Policy

We want you to love your Quadriche candles. If you're not completely satisfied, you may return unused products within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange. Please note that we are unable to cover return shipping costs at this time. 

Return Requirements

  • Products must be unused and in original packaging

  • Candles must not be burned or damaged

  • Include your order number with your return

How to Return

Refunds

Refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days after we receive your return. The refund will be issued to your original payment method.

Damaged or Defective Items

If your candle arrives damaged or defective, please contact us immediately with photos. We'll send a replacement at no cost to you.
